OUR STORY
Richmond Testing Lab, Inc. has been established since 1969 as a fully operational concrete testing lab that also provides special inspections to the Tri-State area. We are located at 135 Storer Avenue in Staten Island, New York and currently employ a variety of professionals for performing special inspections and laboratory testing ensuring compliance with Building Codes requirements.
Richmond Testing Lab, Inc. (RTL) has been owned and operated by Mr. Alfred Scaccia since 1969. Currently Mr. Alfred Scaccia and Mr. Steven Scaccia are the owner operators of RTL. Richard H. Lemansky, PE is the director of Richmond Testing Lab, Inc.
RTL has been accreditated as a Special Inspection Agency through IAS since 2010. In additon, RTL is registered as a Class 1 Special Inspection Agency with the NYC Dept. of Buildings.
