543 West 122nd Street, NYC (Vandewater)
Standing north of Columbia University at 543 West 122nd Street, behind the Jewish Theological Seminary, is the new residential tower dubbed “Vandewater”. Located in Morningside Heights, which was originally called Vandewater Heights, the new 385-foot-tall building will come with over 300,000 square feet of space, and 183 condominiums spread over 33 floors.
233 West 125th Street
(Victoria Theater Redevelopment & RenaissanceHotel)
The redevelopment and vertical expansion of Harlem’s Historic Victoria Theatre at 233 West 125th Street is being led by LAM Development Group, which plans to restore the theater and also add two 26-story hotel and residential towers above it. The project will also include 27,000-square feet of retail space and 25,000-square feet of cultural arts space, intended to house the Classical Theater of Harlem Jazzmobile, the Apollo Theater Foundation, and the Harlem Arts Alliance. Additionally, there will be a 90-car parking garage.
25-21 43rd Avenue, Long Island City, NY (Dutch LIC)
The Dutch is a post-war condominium building in Queens's Long Island City neighborhood finished in 2017. Situated at 25-19 43rd Avenue, between Crescent Street and 27th Street, the building contains 86 units and rises 9 stories. The elevatored building's amenities include: lounge, fitness center, rooftop terrace, on-site parking and bike room.

Union Square-based Avery Hall Investments is both the developer and designer. SLCE Architects is serving as the architect of record.
Located between Henry and Hicks streets, the building will rise 75 feet and span 48,469 square feet.
465 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, NY (a.k.a. 472 Atlantic Avenue)
Located at 465 Pacific Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn, this 30-unit condominium development will consit of 2 buildings, one seven-story portion located on Pacific Street ansd one six-story portion on Atlantic Avenue. The entire project will encompass 84,767 square feet, and the northern building will include 6,982 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The condos will come in one- to five-bedroom configurations and 14 of them will feature private outdoor space.
113 West 24th Street, NYC (Marriott Hotel)
Work at 113 West 24th Street is in full swing as the upcoming 420-foot-tall Marriott hotel has now risen above street level. The 38-story project is located in Chelsea between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue and is being designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects with Lam Generation as the developer.
The reinforced concrete structure will yield 136,700 square feet of space, with 129,590 square feet devoted to commercial use. There will be 360 rooms that average around 380 square feet apiece. Permits were filed nearly one year ago and since then, a three-story parking garage on the site has been demolished to clear the way for the new tower.
212 East 44th Street, NYC (Summit)
The site was formally a 10-story parking garage and is now a 300,000 square feet building with 429 residential units spread out over 39 floors. Amenities include a swimming pool and a basketball court on the second floor, with roughly 2,300-square-foot of retail space on first floor.
30 East 31st Street, NYC
Rising above NoMad between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, 30 East 31st Street is a new residential tower designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, and stands 40 stories to its rooftop. Encompassing 88,000 square feet, the 479-foot tall structure will house 42 units spread across 70,070 square feet of space. Each condominium will measure around 1,700 square feet.
The Greenpoint - 21 India Street, Brooklyn, NY (aka 10 Huron Street)
The site had previously gone by the address 10 Huron Street, and is currently sprouting a 39-story and 392-foot-tall tower, aptly dubbed The Greenpoint, which will contain apartments on its lower floors and condominiums up above. The site is quite large, and will include both the larger tower and a smaller five-story component, with 463 units in all.
